We’re building with double red bricks. They’re durable, provide excellent insulation against noise from neighbours and retain heat in winter much better than foam blocks.

The flats are let with rough (sand-lime) plaster, a screed, a dual-circuit gas boiler, and underfloor heating already installed in the kitchen and with the circuit connected in the bathroom.
