Facades: the materials we use and why
Clinker brick, aluminium windows and seamless insulation — our facade solutions explained.
A facade is not just the look of a building — it is energy efficiency and durability. Here is what Imperial Town facades are made of.
Three layers of the facade
The base is a ceramic block, then 150 mm of mineral insulation and a ventilated layer with clinker brick. Windows are aluminium profiles with double-chamber energy-saving glazing.

- Clinker — 50-year colour guarantee.
- 150 mm insulation — energy class A.
- Aluminium windows — panoramic glazing without deformation.
A facade that needs no repairs for decades is real long-term savings for residents.
