We have opened sales in Building 2 — the second phase of Imperial Town. One-, two- and three-room apartments from 42 to 96 m² are available.
What is available at launch
Launch terms include a 14-day price lock and free choice of floor and view. We expect the highest demand for two-room layouts with a kitchen-living room.
- 1-room — from 42 m², 12 per floor.
- 2-room — from 64 m², kitchen-living room from 20 m².
- 3-room — from 84 m², two bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
Building 2 offers the best views in the complex — upper floors overlook both the city and the river.
