Construction progress: July 2026

Our monthly progress report. In July construction is two weeks ahead of schedule.

Highlights of the month

Building 1: the monolithic frame is complete up to the 9th floor, external wall masonry started on the lower floors. Building 2: the foundation slab is finished.

• Building 1 — 9th floor frame, masonry on floors 1–3.
• Building 2 — foundation slab 100% complete.
• Utilities — external water supply line finished.

A pace of two floors per month lets us confidently confirm the announced completion date.
