Foundation works of the first phase are complete

A key project milestone: the ground cycle of the first phase is fully complete and accepted by technical supervision without remarks.

How the foundation is built

The foundation is a monolithic slab on piles up to 18 metres deep. The structure has a strength reserve and fully meets the regional seismic codes.

• Piles — 640 pcs, up to 18 m deep.
• Slab — 1.2 m, C30/37 concrete.
• Waterproofing — two-layer torch-on.

The ground cycle is the most critical stage. From here the construction pace doubles.
