Planting mature trees and building recreation zones — a car-free courtyard.

Landscaping has started in the first-phase courtyard: mature trees, alleys and quiet recreation zones.

The courtyard concept

The courtyard is fully car-free — entry for service vehicles only. The project includes over 120 trees, age-grouped playgrounds and a workout zone.

Mature trees give shade right away, not in ten years — that is why we plant them.
