The ground floors along the street hold 3,200 m² of retail space. Here is what will open before residents move in.

Confirmed tenants

The anchor tenant is an 800 m² supermarket. Contracts are also signed with a chain pharmacy, a bakery and a children's development centre.

• Supermarket — 800 m², open 8:00–23:00.
• Pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop — by the main entrance.
• Children's centre — inside the perimeter.

We select tenants for residents' needs, not for the maximum rent rate.
