Progress on the Imperial Town residential complex: the latest update from the building site
Hey everyone! Time for a fresh update from the Imperial Town site. Let's keep it simple and dive straight into what's happening on the ground right now.
Section 1
We’ve officially wrapped up all the underground work here (the "zero cycle"). The foundation, built from sturdy concrete blocks, is completely set. We've also finished building the basement walls—where the storage and utility rooms will be—and laid down the precast concrete floor slabs. With the slabs securely in place, we now have a solid, level platform ready for the next step: laying the walls for the first floor. This floor will be commercial space, featuring cafes, shops, and everyday services for future residents.

Section 2
The block foundation here is 100% complete as well. Right now, the crew is actively building the basement walls. At the same time, we’re prepping for the floor slabs by leveling the wall tops and setting up the bearing points. As soon as the wall masonry is finished, a crane will lift and lay the precast slabs, bringing this section up to the first commercial floor level too.

Section 3
We’re currently in the thick of foundation work here. Heavy machinery is hard at work preparing the base in the excavation pit and installing the heavy foundation blocks. Everything is moving strictly by the book: each block is craned into place, locked in with mortar, and treated with waterproofing.

Work is moving on schedule, and we’ve got plenty of blocks, slabs, equipment, and hands on deck. Swipe through the attached photos to see the progress for yourself. Next time, we'll show you the first walls starting to rise!
